Interview: AL ROKER ... MYSTERY WRITER?

The Morning Show Murders: A NovelTODAY Show personality Al Roker has written his first murder-mystery, The Morning Show Murders: A Novel (Delacorte Press). But "it's not deadly serious, no pun intended," Roker says. "I think it's a lot of fun." The Morning Show Murders is about fictional character Billy Blessing, who does cooking segments for a morning show and is suspected of killing the program's executive producer. "The one thing I will state, right now, categorically, I have never killed my executive producer," Roker says, joking, "there have been a couple I wanted to kill!"
