Diagnosis Murder: The Silent PartnerPopular whodunit TV series Diagnosis: Murder starred Dick Van Dyke as Dr. Mark Sloan, a medical doctor who solves crimes with the help of his son, a homicide detective played by real-life son Barry Van Dyke. A series of original mysteries inspired by the series were written by Lee Goldberg, former executive producer and writer on the TV series.
