In the summer of 1947, screen legend Peter Lorre starred in the radio drama series Murder in the Air, an anthology that adapted classic tales of crime and horror from such authors as Edgar Allan Poe, Theodore Sturgeon, and Fyodor Dostoevsky. In "Beyond Good and Evil," from the story by Ben Hecht, an escaped convict murders a minister and assumes his identity.
